Custom Duty and Taxes:
All of Kilol orders are shipped from our warehouse in Jaipur, India to your provided shipping address via our preferred logistics partners Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with our preferred logistics partners to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from our preferred logistics partners for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay our preferred logistics partners directly at the time of delivery.
Any documents required by the local authorities (residing country) for the custom's clearance, will have to be arranged by the customer. In case of non availability of the document if the delivery of the order is denied by the local airport authorities, Kilol will not be liable for any refund.
Shipping & Tracking Details
We will send you an email regarding the order as soon as the items are handed over to the courier company. These alerts, emails and SMSs will contain message about courier company, website details.
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. Kilol takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person. Kilol website is not responsible for damage / shortage after delivery. If you believe that the products are not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our customer care or mail us at email@example.com mentioning your order reference number.
A penalty may be charged if the shipping address is incorrect where in the address and zip / post / pin code do not match. The customer will, without exception bear the cost of any such charges and/or fees. Please make sure your shipping address and postal codes are correct.
Please Note: In the event of re-shipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay reshipping charges.
