Cancellation

In case you have placed an incorrect order and you want to cancel it, you can request cancellation at Customer Service at +91-141-4017693 or mail us at shopping@kilol.com with your order number and details. 

 For a cancelled order placed, you will be accredited with refund after cancellation fee of 10% of order value through online mode of payment. Cancellation requests will be accepted before the dispatch of the merchandise only, the deadline for which is 1700 IST, within 24 hours of placing your order. The refund shall be processed within 15 days of request and will also depend on the issuing Bank's policy.

 Due to technical reasons, we will not be able to entertain any returns and/or refund on International orders even if shipped within India.

 All disputes are subject to Jurisdiction at Jaipur Rajasthan India.
